You can prepare your meals in the independent kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer section and an indoor barbecue... A storeroom with washing machine.

Discover a first bedroom with 1 140cm bed and en-suite shower room. A second bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bathroom.
Both rooms open onto the terrace.
A separate toilet on the first floor.

Take the stairs and access the third and last bedroom. With a surface area of 30m², it can be separated in two by an accordion curtain: one side with 1 bed 140cm and the other side with 2 beds 90cm, a desk and a wardrobe.
A shower room and an independent toilet.

Enjoy a quiet lunch on the terrace equipped with terrace furniture and deckchairs!

The small +! Coming back from the beach without putting it everywhere? Nothing could be easier! A "return from the beach" shower has been installed in the garage.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
