Only 1300 m from Presidents Beach, close to shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher's) and activities.

• Bedroom 1: 3 beds (3 single beds including 1 bunk bed)

• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160

• Annex: 1 double bed + shower

• Living room with large sofa, coffee table, TV

• Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker + Dolce Gusto



Outside: terrace and small enclosed garden with garden furniture, pierrade.

5 bicycles available for your outings.

Free parking on the street.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
