Villa Brin is a luxury, waterfront villa located between Arona and Stresa on Lake Maggiore, the villa features tennis court, private sandy beach and dock, as well as a private in house 9 hole golf course. Lot of extra amenities included on price are present at the villa such as bikes, table tennis, soccer, basket dinghy, sailing, canoeing, bicycles, 40 HP motor boat (non license needed) included on price, (fuel is apart).
At extra price is possible to book an unforgettable excursion with the owner’s helicopter or cruise with the owner boat, (15 meter sailing boat) or a 12 meter motorboat.

An additional independent guest house with 2 beds kitchen and bathroom is available on special request.

The Villa is inside of an exclusive community, which is away from the road and noisy, The garden extends for over 20 acres, and consist in a native flowers, trees and park. All kind of services need are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes guests reach restaurants, supermarket, bank etc.
Please note that the very friendly owner live in a separate villa inside the property (about 50 meters away from the villa) and are ready to offer you the best services possible while guarantee your fully privacy.

There are 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom with shower, only one of the bedrooms has the possibility to become a twin
Upstairs there is an additional open space /living area with billiard, keyboard, house games.
The villa’s interiors are highly styled with modern and top quality furniture, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Activities:
The area offers an impressive range of cultural and sporting activities. The region is a paradise for walkers and cyclists with horse-riding, tennis, also available nearby.
For golfers: two golf courses are located within 10-15 minutes' drive, with several more less than an hour away. Beaches and water sports facilities are of course available.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 1500,00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
