No tv remote, only 2 pillows, has to ask for more, never got the remote. Also did not like at all that everyone in the lobby could see my children swimming. As the pool is right by the lobby, people were watching us, made us feel uncomfortable

AC made a loud buzzing horrible . Asked for it to be fixed they said they fixed it and when I got back at 11pm it still made a horrible buzzing . So had to sleep in such a hot room . Also black out blinds weren’t black out . Asked for a late checkout and it was an up charge .. Because mainly of lack of sleep I will not be back.

The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Everything was floating in there. It was grey and lukewarm. The pool looked similar. Maybe a filtration issue, but almost a health concern. I won’t be back.

Fridge did not work and made lots of noise. Unplugged the fridge and found lots of dirt behind the fridge area. Dog food was left on the floor. Ice machine and elevator outside our room so lots of noise. Told the person at the front desk was, “thanks we will look into that”. Overall terrible experience and was not worth the money.
