Love this hotel

Ive stayed here many times, staff are great as is location. Pet friendly. The whole hotel is clean bright well layed out many areas to take the dogs out, pool is away from rooms so no noise carries. Breakfast is fresh layed out well many choices.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the downtown mall and with easy access to public transportation. While the facilities are not the newest, the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily with care. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from the manager, who was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. That said, there is some room for improvement. Ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy due to their proximity to the lobby, elevator, and pool area, and we also noticed an intermittent dripping sound from the bathroom. Increasing the frequency of pool cleaning would enhance the overall experience. Additionally, while most staff were professional and welcoming, some of the night shift personnel seemed less informed about their responsibilities and available guest support, suggesting a need for better training.
