This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is truly your gateway to the beautiful State of Idaho. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than 10 minutes form Lewistion airport. 10 minutes form world class fishing. Jet boat racing in the summer and Hells Caynon National Recreation Area.





House Rules:

• - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
•
• - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

• - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

• - PARKING: parking is provided in driveway in font of House side by side.. Our Parking is suitable for sedans or SUVs. Boat Parking available if necessary.

• - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.

• - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

• - Please do not rearrange our furniture.

• - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

• - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay at Lewiston, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

• Cleaning:
A cleaning fee is added for clean up at the end of your stay. If you need to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make this arrangement for you. Please schedule at least one day in advance.

• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are after 10pm

• Check-Out Instructions:
Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run.
Strip beds and put all linens on top of beds, Put all towels and dishtowels in the washer washer.
Log out of all your Online accounts.
Set all Thermostats to 65 In winter or 73 in summer months.

Our stay was exactly what we needed to make our fishing trip complete! All the amenities you could ask for and easy check in and check out. My favorite part was the large fridge and freezer, and the real coffee pot so I could make strong coffee in the morning like we all like it, with a timer on the pot so our coffee smell woke us in the morning. Thank you for an excellent stay!

I stayed here for work. The property was a delightfully modernized older home. It was comfortable clean and safe. It is located in an older neighborhood, but all the neighbors were pleasant.The host Eric was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable

We stayed two nights. This home is convenient, comfortable and clean. The host is communicative and responds quickly. There is a toaster now (one review indicated that was all that was lacking). We would stay here again.

Cramped, musty, and lots of unusual steps

A little disappointing to be honest. Home isn’t in the best location for starters. When we got there we were greeted with a strong musty odor. Not enough towels available. Bedrooms were very cramped…had to crawl across the bed to get two people in it. And most importantly, there were a number of odd, inconsistent dangerous steps up and down throughout. Lots of stumbles. Probably won’t stay again.
