I liked the room and the location. I didn’t like a bunch of drunk people banging on our door, the walls between us, yelling and trying to get into our room through the adjoining door. We ended up leaving at 1 in the morning.

In need of updates. Outside doors are not locked at any time. People in the area behind the hotel warned us not to “be there”. No hot water for two days.

Very unkept, dust and dirt on all surfaces. Bathroom counter not cleaned, past toothpaste and hair. Drain clogged. Bedside lamp not functioning.

The pool was filthy, the hot tub smelled terrible. The hotel itself had a funky smell, hence the fans going in the hallways. Somebody spilled something in the elevator and instead of cleaning it up, they put a wet floor sign in the elevator. Our daughter couldn't find her other shoe when we were leaving. I decided to look under the bed, big mistake. So nasty and dirty under both beds.

When we walked into the Hotel we were told they were out of seats. He went to see if he could find more sheets and then went to a room that had been closed off because it has some kind of problems to see if they could either borrow those sheets or if there was someway we could use that room. He decided that the room was OK so we went up a rickety elevator to check out the room. When we found The elevator stunk like oil in the hallways were dirty we open the room and found that the toilet didn’t work, we just went down and told him we weren’t staying. The young boy that was running the counter was a nice kid but he was in a bad situation.

The doors, looked and felt like they had been jimmyed several times. The word of the day was push and twist. There was no plate for the locks. They did not check us into a handy-cap room, as they said they had for us. The second night they moved us into a better handi-cap type room. It was better in that it had a rail to hold to set on the toilet. I believe is was for the shower, but my husband was afraid to try. From that point on, we got harassed daily by the wait staff. They would bang on our doors, once or twice a day, asking us who we were and what we were doing. So, I would show them the booking info from my phone. They only clean rooms on Mondays for people staying long stay. We had to track down more coffee, shampoo, towels, etc. I had trouble getting ahold of the front desk and found they liked to hang out ande watch tv in the breakfast area. Would love our money back. for all those days of the vacation.
