- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Beautiful new home!
This home was exceptional. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating and helped us. I had to take pictures because the layout it is my dream home. Simple but just up my alley. Had everything we needed. Great area and short drive to Port Huron and we crossed over to Canada. New experience for all of us. We got to see the Northern Lights on our stay and that was very unexpected and delightful down by the beach on a starry night. Quiet neighborhood and respectful of each other. Beds were quiet comfortable. Can't say enough about this home. You won't be disappointed.

A Memorable Vacation Stay!
We invited my 2 Cousins to visit/stay with us on our 3 night vaca in Lexington Twp. My Family has rented places in this area and Lakeport since the late 50’s. This rather “new build”, a 3 bedroom ranch, was marvelous. I love the floor plan with two separate areas for bedrooms & bathrooms. The home was well equipped with “starter needs”. This home was very clean and comfortable! The instructions were well detailed as to what our responsibilities were. I had a nice welcoming message from the property manager, Jessie, the day we arrived. My Cousin & her husband also loved the house & location! ALL very well pleased. Thank you MICASA

Lovely Home!
The house was very nice, updated beautifully, clean and had plenty of room for us to enjoy ourselves! Only a few houses to the beach was wonderful as little ones were with us!
I would definitely rent this house again. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered questions immediately, which was very much appreciated! Lovely Home!

The house was extremely clean. Everything you need. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful private beach. We loved it and will definitely consider for the future.
