We were in town for a week to buy a house. When I booked online, the description said "separate sitting area" and the pictures showed a couch and a chair. That's not what we got. There was one lounge chair and one desk chair. No couch, no separate sitting area. In addition, we were on the top floor and some kind of condensation dropped LOUDLY on the fan in the bathroom. You could hear it all night even with the bathroom door closed. It was nice to have a kitchenette, but the refrigerator and freezer doors opened on the wrong side, making it awkward to get things in and out. We booked seven nights but only got two coffee pods. Who wants to go all the way down to the lobby for a cup of coffee in their pajamas?

Staying overnight for a procedure early the next morning, they were able to accolade and get us in at the last minute. The staff was incredibly kind, and the property/room was very well kept, updated and clean. Less than 10 minutes from the hospital. Will definitely use this property for future visits!
