Staff not friendly the evening and morning staff. Place was beautiful, nice room, nice layout. but wasn't greeted, staff wouldnt look at you when they talked to you either. Asked about My IGH points told it would be on my inoice gave me an invoice and I was like this is not what I paid, I paid more that this, how do you event come up with the wrong invoice. My name is so different, cant be 2 people with same name. And of course it didnt have my points on it, because it was more than likely someone elses reciept. We had to get back to home because we are business owners, I didnt have time to work it out with them, but the amout wa different than what they had charged my card.
