Staff was friendly, welcoming, polite and efficient. You definitely don't have an issue with your staff. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Padded fake leather headboards were damaged and peeling. Carpet was so beat up looking, we wore flip flops at all times. Finishes on the furniture are worn down, scratched and beat up looking. We inspected the bedding and mattress for bedbugs just to be sure, as the cleanliness of the room made us nervous. We traveled cross-country and did not want the hassle of trying to find another hotel. The hot breakfast was nice and the choices were good.
