Pull out couch needs to be checked for cleanliness. Ours was filthy and could not be used. Tub in room was clogged and the seal and stopper popped off. No shampoo in the bathroom. 2 body wash bottles and a conditioner. Breakfast was a joke. I understand it’s winter but the mounds of ice in the parking lot is a huge safety issue. My mother is handicapped and could not use the handicap parking spaces for they were not usable.
