On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, an interconnecting room, and a large living/dining room measuring 25 square meters, complete with a dining table, TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player, and a tiled stove. This area provides access to the garden, terrace, and veranda. Additionally, there is a 20-square-meter room with two beds and one double bed. The kitchen, measuring 15 square meters, is equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and another tiled stove.

The upper floor features an interconnecting room, a living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, two double beds (one 150 cm), a dining table, a kitchen corner, and a shower/WC. This room offers access to a balcony.
