Nestled between the river and forest, this charming house offers a peaceful and privileged retreat in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. With a blend of modern comfort and historical character, it accommodates up to 14 people in seven spacious bedrooms. The property can also be expanded by combining with the adjoining "La Clairière" cottage, ideal for larger gatherings. The owner has thoughtfully preserved the home's history while adding soft lighting and cozy details, making it a true reflection of their family legacy. The ground floor features a large living room, dining room, cozy TV room, and a billiard room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, and WC. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace and expansive outdoor space. The first floor includes several bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, including the "Valley" parents' suite with a balcony, and "The Orchard," "The Forest," "The Garden," and "The River" rooms. A small adjoining room, "The Underbrush," offers an additional bed. On the second floor, "The Meadow" and "The Stream" both offer double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The large, wooded garden (60 ares) is fully fenced, featuring a stream, small pond, and petanque ground. Private parking is available for up to six cars, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
