The Space:

There are so many outdoor living spaces to enjoy here! The resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, has a sun shelf for lounging, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide for more fun! The covered patio has a large smart TV, bar area, seating and dining, outdoor connect 4 and an outdoor grill. All of this sits within the fenced in back yard, filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security, and directly on Pansy Bayou. The home is family friendly, and the back yard is perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). Adjacent to this space, just off the covered pool area is the home’s club room or game room with golf simulator, ping pong, Nintendo Switch gaming console, smart TV and seating. This home has multiple balconies and a roof top deck that have seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.



This home provides nearly 4,400 square feet of interior living space. There are 6 bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms), and 6 full baths and 1 half bath. It comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 1 California king bed, 4 king beds, and 1 full over queen bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. The great room includes the chef’s kitchen and the home’s living and dining areas, and a large balcony space that leads to the home’s rooftop deck with 360-views that are amazing. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you’ve told us you want in your guest feedback! From the outdoor areas to the club room and living spaces this home was truly built with your vacation in mind, and our unmatched service makes the experience just that much better!



Floor Plan Description:



Ground Level:

This home provides free parking for up to 6 vehicles. The home’s beach equipment is stored in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier as well. The ground level space features a fully fenced pool and backyard area. The backyard is a paradise! The connected covered patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space with multiple soft seating and dining options, a large smart TV, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout the space. Adjacent to the covered pool area is the home’s club room/game room that has the golf simulator and so much more. From the ground level, you’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator to the home's two (2) living levels above and stairs to all floors including the rooftop deck.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This home is an elevated single-story home. The home’s great room has a fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, oversized cooktop and range with exhaust vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a dining table (seats 10), island bar top (seats 6), a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a large balcony off this space offering dining, and a separate soft seating area just off Bedroom 3 where you’ll also access the staircase to the rooftop deck. All 6 bedrooms are located on this floor, with 4 bedrooms having water views, and 2 bedrooms having balcony access. Master bedroom 1 has balcony access and water views, a California king bed, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in closet. Master bedroom 2 has a king bed, a cozy seating nook with peaking Gulf views, a workspace, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and private water closet. Bedroom 3 has balcony access and bayou water views, a king bed, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, peaking Gulf views, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 (bunk room) has a custom full over a queen bunk bed and a twin bunk bed, with an en suite bath with a vanity, shower/bathtub combination, and a built-in city closet.



Rooftop Deck:

This oversized rooftop deck space provides seating and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, Pansy Bayou and Sarasota Bay, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. It is the perfect space for any time of day, but it is especially wonderful for sunrises over Sarasota and Sunsets over the Gulf.



Getting Around:

It’s just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key - known for it’s ‘shelling’, and steps from St. Armand’s Circle providing access to Lido Key’s best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! Walkability is 100! There is something for everyone in St. Armand’s Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail. It’s always a guest favorite. This luxury home has direct access to a private bayou with access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, so bring your boat, or use the kayak and paddleboard provided with this home and launch from your private dock and enjoy this private marine sanctuary! Manatees, dolphins, birds, and more are frequent visitors! You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Sarasota (2 miles away) for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!



Other Things to Note:

Per City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance - This home must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, and it has a max occupancy of 10 adults, *but children under 6 years of age do not count toward the City’s max occupancy count. Vunique Vacations restricts the total occupancy of the home to 16 persons, including adults and children under 6 years of age. This home’s City of Sarasota Vacation Rental Certificate of Registration number is VRO#: VR22-00063



This Lido Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
