The villa is located in a very green and quiet area not far from the beach and close to the supermarket. It has a shared garden and parking spaces for the apartments on the property. A short distance away is the cycle path and a walkway in the middle of the pine forest that leads directly to the sea. A short distance away there is also a beach reserved for dogs and their owners.
Check-in and key collection takes place at AGENZIA MARINA, Arco del Libeccio n°5 in Lignano Pineta.

Sehr schmutzig und inkompetente Agentur

Unterbringung sehr schmutzig und vernachlässigt (z.B. Schimmel im Bad), verrostete Heizung, Kühlschrank nicht leistungsfähig. In Nachbarwohnung (Haus mit 4 Wohneinheiten) abfallender Wasserhahn, defekter Kühlschrank, mangelhafte Gasinstallation (Gas ist ausgetreten !) nicht funktionierende Klospülung und verstopfter Ablauf. Agentur sehr kundenunfreundlich und nicht sonderlich organisiert. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen. Immer zur gleichen Tageszeit Verunreinigung des Meerwassers mit nicht definierbaren braunen Bollen (Abwasser ?).
