Enjoy 4 pools with lagoon-styling and tropical waterfalls. Children and adults alike will not want to leave the sandy bottom pool complete with a waterslide. Relax in the hot-tub and sunbathe on the pool-side lounges. Walk the 3 miles of sandy beach, great for exploring, shell hunting, and gorgeous sunrises and moonrise viewings.

The Outriggers restaurants (Naupaka Terrace, Shutters lounge and Starbucks) are open to the Public.
Added bonus some nights there is live music to enjoy at Shutters lounge.
If you left something at home there is the
Island Market/Apparel and Sundry Shop at the resort.


This is a non-smoking unit and smoking is also not permitted on the lanai. No pets.

We for the most part, had a lovely stay at this property. There was still some confusion over using the properties pools and facilities. Be sure to communicate with owners and management. The condo is clean and well supplied . We had a great family wedding celebration.

We did not have a beach view apartment. A lot of apartments with beach view were under renovation. We had to walk 5 mnts to the beach. The best part was the sunrise. Everyday we would walk to the beach to watch sunrise over the ocean

Unit had a mildew smell. Overall needs some updates in the home. We never could use the patio due to the chickens and chicken poop everywhere. We tried to clean it but they would come back and get it dirty again.

This villa was amazing! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and were able to have a cookout with both families. The proximity to the pools and beach was very convenient. All of the staff were friendly and amazing. If ever coming back to Kauai we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Great location on the island, right in the middle east side. Two boys had to share the two beds. Perfect. We found beach chairs, but forgot to grab them. Easy to get in on bottom floor. Played with all the chickens and roosters. We didn't have time to use the pool area but it looked great. I would say if you go to Kauai, stay here for like 8 to 10 days to get it all in. Would have easily stayed for 3 more days. Especially here. Thank you!

Easy Going Stay

My family and I absolutely love the location and quality of the condo. We were thrilled that it was on the ground floor, which made it super easy to access all the resort amenities. It was just a short walk to the pool and the other resort facilities. The condo had everything we needed, including towels, a small cooler, and beach chairs. I really appreciated the easy communication between the host and myself. We had no trouble getting in and out, and following instructions during check-in and checkout. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great condo experience.
