Great for one night after arriving on a late flight from the mainland. Easy key code access and a great place for breakfast the next morning (closed on Mondays). Very basic but perfect for our needs.

We really liked the central location to the town and airport. Easy access to the restaurant for breakfast. The internet was a little slow but so was data access on Tmobile. Often switching to LTE. So it is what it is. Area was older, hotel buildings also, but honestly that is what we were expecting. It is Kauai after all. The price was one of the better ones out there when not looking to go to a resort or pay resort prices. We would go back not expecting it to change much. That being the appeal for us.

Simple basic room the breakfast downstairs we ate there 4 days and tried different items. The oxtail soup was amazing. The Mac nut pancakes were my favorite. Overall solid for the price.

Basic motel no frillls

Clean room. Basic amenities. A motel best describes the room. Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Air conditioning was very loud. Close to Airport so you can hear planes taking off. Check-in is all by email which was simple. Good for one night stays

Great stay

Tip Top Motel was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others. The cafe is great as well.
