Hassle free ideally placed for clubs bars etc ,student town though so if your not into nightlife not the place for you as it’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene

First of all, the room was not clean, the bed also wasn't clean. There was hair on the sheets and the pillow, which shows that they weren't washed for some time. The room didn't have any shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer and we had to ask for those. No shutters in the room and the curtains wouldn't close completely so you can have a complete darkness (or even partial) in the room. On the other hands the owners / management were very welcoming and helpful when we asked for the amenities.

no fuss, no frills, but decent room and facilities. Friendly, helpful owners. A bit hard to find as no bell outside the door but I rang them and they let me in straightaway

Lille Trip

The ApartHotel done the job for us. It was a bit expensive for the 2 days. Would stay there again but I thionkl it will be cheeper when the Euro is not on.

We were greeted on arrival-parked outside the front door as well! Extremely helpful with advice on the local area. Accommodated all of our needs. Made our visit to Lille a fantastic one! Highly recommended! Great place!

L’appartement Ă©tait bien dĂ©corĂ© et plaisant, mais la qualitĂ© du service
 Il n’y avait pas de serviettes propres ni de torchons et il restait des choses dans la poubelle, je peine Ă  croire que le logement a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ© convenablement pour notre arrivĂ©e. Le minimum serait de NETTOYER aprĂšs le passage de vos clients pour les prochains. Le canapĂ©-lit devait ĂȘtre dĂ©pliĂ©, cela n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait non plus et impossible de contacter la rĂ©ception, pourtant prĂ©venue que nous rentrerons tard et donc qu’il faudrait le faire pour notre retour. Bref, pas fou.

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© pour 4 personnes et au moment de se coucher en rentrant d’un concert nous avons constatĂ© qu’il y avait des draps uniquement pour un seul lit. Plus globalement l’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs sommaire et manquait de beaucoup de choses ou des Ă©lĂ©ments auraient pu ĂȘtre revus : - Pas de poignĂ©es sur tout les meubles, difficiles Ă  ouvrir - Porte coulissante des toilettes sans poignĂ©e Ă©galement et difficile Ă  ouvrir - Meubles pas montĂ©s dans l’espace de nuit Ă  l’étage - manque de mobilier tel que des lampes de chevet ou une deuxiĂšme table de nuit - pas de torchon ou d’éponge ou mĂȘme de serviette pour les mains dans la salle de bain, pas de gel douche - prises Ă©lectriques non conformes ou pas terminĂ©es pour ĂȘtre fonctionnelles - Joint de la douche qui fuit Et j’en passe. Tout ça pour dire que la prestation Ă©tait trĂšs chĂšre pour un endroit sommaire qui a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  la location sans mĂȘme finir l’amĂ©nagement ou le montage des meubles. Vraiment trĂšs déçue de la qualitĂ© de la prestation. Tout est approximatif dans cette location, rien de fini ou prĂȘt. Merci au jeune homme qui a 00h30 nous a donnĂ© des draps pour pouvoir faire le lit et du gel douche.
