À la llegada el hotel estaba apagado y no habĂ­a personal. Nos costĂł encontrar el cĂłdigo y la puerta de entrada porque todo estaba a oscuras. EstĂĄbamos en la planta mal alta y no hay ascensor para subir las maletas. La habitaciĂłn con moqueta bastante sucia. La cama era cĂłmoda. El baño bastante mal porque perdĂ­a agua por la parte de abajo del lavabo y tuvimos que poner toallas para ir recogiendo el agua. El desayuno poco variado pero correcto. El personal muy amable pero solo lo vimos por las mañanas, cuando llegĂĄbamos por la tarde/noche no habĂ­a nadie

L'hÎtel est plutÎt bien situé à la limite de Tourcoing et à proxité des principales voies de communication, notamment l'A22. L'établissement est plutÎt agréable, avec un petit parc à l'arriÚre, rien à redire sur la propreté de l'ensemble, l'accueil et le confort des chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, sous forme de buffet. Le seul vrai bémol est que les chambres manquent d'éclairage.

La chambre Ă©tait moderne et propre avec une trĂšs bonne literie. La salle de bain avait une douche suffisamment grande pour se sentir Ă  l'aise. Et pour le personnel je tient Ă  remercier et fĂ©liciter les agents d'entretien pour leur formidable travail 👏 Et pour finir j'ai apprĂ©ciĂ© l'Ă©change avec l'hĂŽtesse d'accueil qui est trĂšs sympa par son originalitĂ© ,son sourire et sa gentillesse. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait, l'hĂŽtesse m'a accueilli avec bienveillance ma chienne et moi. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est complet, sucrĂ© salĂ©, et rĂ©guliĂšrement rechargĂ©. Leur jardin est juste exceptionnel, avec potager, petite mare, et mĂȘme un poulailler. La situation de l'hĂŽtel est au calme et idĂ©al. C'Ă©tait ma premiĂšre fois et certainement pas la derniĂšre.

Bon hĂŽtel confortable

Nous avons passĂ© juste une nuit dans cet hĂŽtel. Chambre propre, de taille raisonnable, literie de qualitĂ©, grande tĂ©lĂ©vision, salle de douche petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, belle dĂ©coration, plateau de courtoisie. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait Ă©galement de bonne facture mais un peu d'attente pour le rĂ©approvisionnement de temps en temps. TrĂšs beau jardin oĂč vous pouvez prendre votre petit dĂ©jeuner. Salle de jeu avec billard et Babyfoot Ă  disposition. Seule petit ombre au tableau, pas de climatisation et lors de pics de chaleur comme en ce moment, il serait bien d'avoir au moins un ventilateur dans la chambre pour Ă©viter de dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte car une route passante est proche de l'hĂŽtel. Mais fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e, pas de soucis de bruits extĂ©rieurs. Bref bon hĂŽtel Ă  conseiller si vous avez un Ă©vĂšnement au stade Pierre Mauroy.
