As it is located in the heart of Miraflores, you can easily access to anything that any tourist needs such as transportation, restaurants, city attractions , money exchange, SIM cards, shopping, … The rooms are clean and regularly get cleaned everyday. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options.

The hotel staff was incredibly rude. They refused to check us in after telling us it was ok to book to sleep for an hour before catching our flights. We were willing to pay full price and the front desk refused to check us in after we booked online per their direction, then proceeded to waste 45 minutes telling us we couldnt check in because we didn’t have enough time for the airport. We not only lost 45 minutes to arguing with the front desk instead of sleeping for an hour, then we proceeded to be at the airport too early, as we predicted we would be. The hotel has been fully unresponsive to our refund request, and was incredibly rude to us in person. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying at this property and the hotel staff really needs better training.

Jose the concierge person helped us a lot with making reservations at restaurants and transport. He helped get one of our bags from the airport that got lost. The showers and beds were super amazing like staying at a spa. Lots of spots for gathering as we had a party of 8 and the breakfast was unsurpassed delicious. Even had gluten free bread as an option for three of us.

This hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and food options. The staff has been extremely friendly. The rooms are HUGH. And great HOT water pressure. The pool is small, but the entire area feels very comfortable with a good amount of shade to combat the afternoon sun.
