You’ll be close to the main attractions that the areas of Barranco and Miraflores have to offer. You’ll also be right in front of the Contemporary Art Museum of Lima! And just a few steps from different cafés, bars, restaurants, and markets.

This stylish apartment is located on the 7th floor in the Stellar building, right on the entrance to Barranco, the most hip, artsy, and lively area in Lima!

The apartment has everything you need for a 5-star stay. For starters, you’ll be accessing the apartment via a code on the smartlock, making the check-in process more flexible and simpler.

The master bedroom includes a super comfortable queen-size bed with high quality pillows and duvet, large closet space, a 43" Smart Tv with Netflix and local Tv included. Fast WiFi for easy, seamless browsing and remote working. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

The second room features and comfortable full-size bed, a 32” TV with Netflix and local Tv included, a desk for working and also has its own bathroom outside of the room.

The living area is stylish and features comfortable furniture to relax in. If you want some fresh air, you can also step out onto the balcony. Next to the living room, you’ll find another workspace, perfect for remote working.

The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and has all the essentials to enjoy rich breakfasts and delicious meals. Among other amenities, you'll find a coffee maker, spacious fridge, microwave, panini maker, and more!

Oher things to note:

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, only up to 2 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 2 or 4 people staying). Visitors must be announced before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $25 per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately
