This rental unit was FILTHY GROSS. The host was extremely difficult to work with and gives VRBO a bad name. There was no hot water on day 2 of our 7 day stay and the host didn't seem to care. The microwave did not work, there was no coffee maker, no dish soap to wash dishes, some of the furniture was broken. I have photos and videos of the disgusting dirt and dust. When I walked barefooted, my feet were black with the filth from the floor.

Good location and property management was always reachable.

Location and neighborhood are very good. No gas for shower heater the first night, no hot water only lukewarm for tge 2 bathrooms. Hot water only in the service room bathroom near the laundry. The water heater is either old and needs to be replaced or not enough for 3 bathrooms. No coffee maker available. Old apartment, old furniture including smelly sofa, dirty windows and not a well maintained property in general. Misleading pictures posted in VRBO Website. No complaints with property management, always pleasant and ready to help. Security is good with 24 hrs concierge, very pleasant. I will not book advice to book this property. It is a shame since it is in a prime location near Larcomar shopping center, restaurants etc and in a secure neighborhood.

Apartment was in a great location. However, there is too much noise coming in the bedrooms and it was hard to sleep. The apartment had thick curtains in the living room but not in the bedrooms. They respond very quickly when addressing an issue. Happy about that.

Great place and great location

It was a very comfortable and nice apartment. Close to many restaurants and beautiful views of the ocean. There were several places where we were able to walk and bike freely. The host is very nice and answered all request very quickly!

Amazing Location!!

Great and super helpful Host! Stayed in contacts with us and checked on us frequently. The apartment is awesome and can't beat the location! Loved that the building had a lobby manned 24/7. Great experience!

Peru Trip

This is the perfect location if you want to be close to all relevant activities in Miraflores. The property is not only conveniently located, but the apartment is in perfect working condition. From the appliances to well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, all well kept. Their customer service is also top of the line, friendly and very responsive to even minimal issues. We will definitely book this property for our next trip to Lima/Miraflores.

Great location and great accommodations!

From the booking to my arrival everything was exactly as advertised. The booking was easy, the building was lovely, an on duty 24 hour doorman was great. The unit comes with a parking spot and worked out well for my rental car. You really are in the middle of everything in Miraflores. We are across the street from the park over looking the ocean. I cooked for half the time and the apartment was great to entertain a few friends with great food. The beds were great, and I had all the things I needed while staying in the unit. Endless hot water and a close walk to anything you'll need. Juan was very available through out my stay, and most emails were responded to immediately. I will be returning again and will use this spot again for sure. I feel its a great value for the money, and its a great location to plan your trip from. I look forward to my next stay!
