Villa Claraluna C is a bright and sunny apartment located right on the Garda Lake. It sleeps four people. From Villa Claraluna C you will enjoy a thrilling view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Claraluna C is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features direct access to the lake, a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.8 km (1.1 miles) from Limone sul Garda, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Villa Claraluna C from the parking area using an elevator and then going down a walkway that includes approximately 12 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Claraluna C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Claraluna C is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.
Villa Claraluna C is not recommended for children under 12.

Part of an estate with more than three hundred years of history and direct access to the lake, the apartments are surrounded by perfumed gardens and lemon groves developping on terraces.


The view of the lake is breathtaking and the stairways, surrounded by lemon, orange, fig and rose trees, go down to the private wooden piers on the lake.


The complex is located along the bike/footpath running from Limone sul Garda to almost Riva del Garda. The access to the garage is guaranteed by the presence of a car lift.

Direct Access to the Lake
From the property you will have a direct access to the lake through a pier. You will reach it going down approximately 90 stairway steps. The access to the lake is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and a side view of the lake.
Garden
The garden is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It is partly shaded by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the greenery.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests, two more guests can be accommodated at the kitchen counter. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window, as well as two Juliet balconies. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has a roof window, as well as two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room also has a roof window, as well as a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing seven steps.
