Hot tub is an EXCELLENT amenity! The house is a couple blocks walking distance. Plus you can DRIVE onto the beach, as well. The house had everything we needed! It was a perfect place to ring in the new year.

Loved all the paned windows in this small older but quaint home. The hot tub was hot and patio space was really great with a Burkett BBQ! Even though we are partial to an ocean view, which it doesn’t, it is a cute home, well equipped kitchen and more affordable! Be aware the beach access is a walk in either direction and steep steps down and back up and then 12 more steps up to the house. Not for the disabled or those who have an injury.

The place was very clean, including the hot tub, which was so nice to have. Perfect space for two people. Loved how close it was to the beach and to the main strip of businesses in Lincoln City. Liked the little deck up top with a glimpse of the ocean. Good for reading and sunbathing. The mattress was a touch too squishy for our liking (you really sink into the mattress), but wasn't too bad and still got decent sleep. The position of the couch against the wall at a right angle to the tv is a little odd, but we moved it to the center of the room in front of the tv and then moved it back before we left. All in all, highly recommend. We're already talking about coming back someday!

Lovely house - yet, instructions were a bit "negative" - more about what would happen if we didn't follow rules than telling us what would make it a great stay for Guests & Owner. Would appreciate if all hot tub jets worked. Should label bathroom sink hot/cold as backward.

Property was perfect for my husband and I this weekend. It’s pretty small but perfect for 2! Quick walk to the beach or to some downtown shops. The hot tub and outdoor area was lovely too. Overall a cute spot :)

The most PERFECT little romantic getaway you can think of. House was beautifully clean, had everything you could need, and the bed was SO comfy. The hot tub was a massive plus! It’s within walking distance of all the fun local shops, restaurants, bars, and then tide pools on the beach! Will stay here every time we visit.

What a great little house. It is super cute and beachy. It’s a really short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean from bed which is nice. Speaking of which, the bed is really comfy and you can open the doors onto the patio to enjoy the cool evening air in the summer.

The cottage was very clean,comfortable and charming with everything you might need. The king bed was super comfortable but we like a soft bed. Some who like a firmer mattress may not find it as comfy as we did. It was great to have a private hot tub that we didn't have to share. The only negative is that there is no ocean view as there is a hotel directly in front of the cottage, but this did not bother us. Beach access is a short walk from the cottage.
