Liked the property. Pretty area our room view was great. Only thing was nobody ever came to clean our room or give any fresh towels. New had to go ask when we needed them. I wasn’t expecting every day but maybe every other. Parking was not good and had to try to maneuver through especially where pop machine was if a truck parked there.

Well went potty if thing and toilet had poop 💩 marks in it the floors still had sand on them and table and chairs looked like they were shoved into the corner of room being it’s at the beach I can understand a little bit of sand on the floor is understandable but having poop marks in the toilet is not I’m not the type of person that complains that’s why I did not call the office but since you sent me this, I wanted to be honest

There were hair in the bathroom, tub and shower area. The heater/AC unit was always on. Very noisy. Bathroom window does not lock. Bed was good, view was great. Overall, the room was very old and not kept up. The walls and floor were ok.

Room was not ready until a little over an hour after check in. The pool and hot tub are not operating. They had people checked into the same room as someone else and it was basically just a mess on check in. We walked into our room that was supposedly ready and it had not been cleaned yet. They said they would get right on it and we waited over an hour. It was frustrating. Whole place needs a remodel, but the views are good from the rooms.

Sadly a huge letdown. Go somewhere else.

I’m not at all fancy but this place needs renovation SO badly. I’m sure it was great in the 80s but so dilapidated now, sadly. Also hot tub and pool were closed but no one told us that until I paid and got the keys, which I thought was really unprofessional. Also told us we could go to the rec center across the street for $22 a day for our family which they wouldn’t offer covering.

Room overlooking ocean was incredible. Slept like babies with the windows open hearing the waves. Room was spacious. The beach below is beautiful. Only bummer was the hot tub was broken- which was the only reason I booked this property.

We booked an ocean front corner room expecting to have ocean views. We arrived at dark and couldn't see the ocean and woke up early and looked out and just thought we were fogged in but the seals in EVERY (5) windows were broken and the windows were opaque! On an ocean front room! Paid for a view but didn't get one! Room 115.

Was to be in 1 room and we arrived it was a complete total mess. Black stuff on curtains fireplace door missing pins blinds broken with broken slats so others can see in buckling floor. And when I brought manager over to look at things at first was told that they had new owners and if I wanted to get changed to a new room I would have to play more. I pushed the card of changing my room and proceeded to show the electrical safety issues and that anyone could look in walking on the street into the bed room she did end up putting us in a different room. The other room needed some work but was a lot better than the last. This place really needs an over haul before someone gets hurt
