The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter and storage space, and all the appliances you need to whip up anything from beach snacks to family dinners.

The home is actually bigger than it appears in pictures, and the lofted ceilings make it seem even larger. All working, modern appliances, and FA heating with a tankless, on demand water heater and a large driveway/Parking area. I was in Lincoln City for a pool tournament at Chinook Winds Casino and entered last minute so finding available and affordable lodging for 4 days and nights was difficult. I and two others were to stay at this house making it competitively affordable to others at a non last minute booking. Im not sure if the prices change much per number of guests but this home sleeps/ houses up to 8 adult people comfortably. Unfortunately for me, the other two people who where to join me backed out and I had to pay for the whole thing myself which was a bit much for one person, but that's no fault of the owner/rental management. I can't comment much on other beach related amenities other than it's just a couple of blocks from the beach and a few stores and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to the casino! As a matter of fact, I'm looking to see if I can't reserve this property a year ahead of time for next year's tournament. Which should give me plenty of time to find reliable roommates!

This is a great house, with 3 bedrooms. The layout is nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and in a good location within walking distance of a beach access. The reason for the 3 star is it was very hot during our stay, and my guests who stayed in the additional guest rooms and not the master room, found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable. So much that one of my guests didn’t bother sleeping in her bed the second night and slept on the couch. The seating area in the living room does not have enough seating for for our group of 7 which lead to family members sitting on the floor occasionally, or at the dining room table. Overall it was a great experience, but because of the level of comfort I rated it as a 3. There’s company also tries to incentivize your review you receive an email after your stay and if you aren’t willing to give a 5 Star, they want you to contact their guest services, which makes me question the integrity of the reviews of their property.
