Welcome to the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH! Our lovely, spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo is centrally located to all main attractions and activities in the heart of the White Mountains. Skiers and snowboarders will love the close proximity to Loon and Cannon Mountain - with Loon just 3 minutes away! We have a free Ski Shuttle that will take you directly to Loon and back during skiing season ( weekends and holidays). Guests will love our many on-site amenities including indoor & outdoor Pool and Hot tub, Game room, Sauna, Full fitness center, Racquetball court, and more - perfect to relax after a day outdoor or for those rainy days indoor.

Enjoy our bright and spacious, end unit condo with 2 A/Cs, Gas fireplace, Free wifi/cable, 3 flat screen TVs , and a new fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular view of Loon Mountain right from our private balcony. We are within walking distance to everything downtown Lincoln has to offer- plenty of great restaurants, local shopping, coffee shops, wine brewery, grocery mart and many more.

Franconia Notch State Park (Basin, Flume Gorge), Alpine Adventures, Clark's Bears, Ice Castle and many more are less than 10 minutes drive. Prime location for year round activities- from endless hiking trails, skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and beautiful foliage for leaves peeping and many more. The Pemi river is just across the street from our condo.

--OUR SPACE--
Our lovely end unit condo features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 A/C - one in each bedrooms to keep you comfortable in the summer, 3 TVs with free cable and WIFI. Relax and unwind on our sectional sofa with a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV. Our thermo controlled Gas Fireplace offers heating and ambiance for the winter. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private balcony with view of the Mountains.

Cook up your favorite meals in our updated and modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped with all the appliances and cookwares you need . Dining area seat 6 with 3 additional bar stool seating at the large granite kitchen peninsula.

Our master bedroom features a King size bed with a full bath, A/C, and TV. Second bedroom features plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping, can sleep up to 6 in this room. Queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with optional pull out twin trundle. This room also has A/C, TV, a walk in closet, private walk in bath and walk out access to the balcony.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor end unit. Guests can use the the stairs next to the unit for easy and quick access in /out of the building. We also have an elevator at the main entrance along with bellhop carts for our guests to use if needed.

Our recent stay was adequate and fit our needs. We were very fortunate that the weather was mild because the air conditioner units and one fan were unusable. The air conditioner units had a lot of visable black mold and the fan was covered in a thick layer of dust. The units may be better suited for stays during colder months.

The property is fine. My husband and I stayed there along with our two adult sons for 15 hours only to shower and sleep after a long day of hiking. Unfortunately, I found the shower in the bathroom of the primary to be unusable (as I was stepping in) because the tub doesn’t drain at all, so all four of us had to use the shower in the other bathroom. We had specifically booked a two bathroom place because we knew we would be exhausted. Upon contacting the owner we were told that that drain “is tricky”. We tried what she suggested and used a plunger to try to fix her plumbing problem, to no avail. Unfortunately, we still had to pay full price for a two bathroom unit with one functioning shower.

Great experience in a wonderful location

The location is amazing- you're essentially at one end of the long main street, so you can walk all the way through town and shops, restaurants. The restaurants right across the street were fantastic, and though it's a busy street.The facility in which the condo resides is well kept, and the rules are strictly enforced (ie: play at the pool table ends at 845pm sharp, sharp). Better to have strict enforcement than what could be a chaotic scene alternatively. The room was comfortable. Both AC's worked great from the two rooms to keep the whole place cool - we visited on a hot summer weekend. Everyone slept well, the beds were comfy and the unit was completely turnkey ready for guests. We'd stay here again no question!

Perfect again

This was our third time staying in this unit. It’s always been very clean, updated, and close to everything. My girls love the indoor and outdoor pool, perfect for raining and sunny days. 2 mins to the grocery store and lots of great places to eat are within walking distance or a quick drive. We will be back again next year. 10/10 highly recommend

Everything was as we expected except the cleanliness—the carpet was so filthy that we had to bring it out and shake it since there was no vacuum to use. Also, we had to clean dust under the couch that looked like it had been collecting over the years. Otherwise it was good!

We loved everything about the unit. The layout was perfect. Loved the fact that it had an elevator because my husband has bad knees and we had a lot of luggage. The room was clean and neat. The pool and the game room were terrific. Just wish that we had had an extra day to enjoy the amenities more. Would definitely stay again.
