Open concept, AC/FP, wood view, deck, swim club. F1306 by LRS

An inviting second floor garden style condominium. Enter through the foyer area to the open concept living, dining and kitchen. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave and gas stove with self-clean oven. The dining table seats six comfortably, with four additional seats close-by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains comfy furniture, a flat screen television with DVD, an air conditioning unit to cool you and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace that will warm you with just the flick of a switch. The spacious back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen television and an air conditioning unit as well as an attached full private bath and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom has a full-sized bed, a set of bunk beds and a small television. In the hall between the primary bedroom and remaining bedrooms you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer and a second full bath.

Forest Ridge 13-6 is located just a quick walk from the Forest Ridge Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and the tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pickleball courts which were all just across the parking lot from the condo. We loved that the condo was all on one floor, even though it was on the second story. It made it easier for my elderly parents to not have to go up and downstairs to their bedrooms, which is a common scenario in ski resort condos. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and the grounds very well kept. I would stay here again.

Spacious condo

The condo has plenty of room for the whole family. Bare necessities are available, more like a hotel with a kitchen. Great but bring any spices at all that you may need. Basic pots, pans and untensils are available. No pizza cutter. We found a regular coffee pot and they have a Nespresso. Overall very nice place and would stay again.

We’ve been to Lincoln before and stayed at other places in Forest Ridge - this was a great location as you could walk to the clubhouse. Only slight critiques are that the lock box was very hard to open and they gave us only one key and one pass to the clubhouse so if you’re going with more than one family, you’ll need to coordinate logistics. The TVs didn’t have cable so my kids had to watch the NBA Championships on the computer, which was a huge drawback for them. Hahaha. Thankfully we were gone most days but if you’re planning to relax and watch TV, just be warned it’s all streaming services. Also, they could have provided small shampoo, etc.
