My room was amazing, staff great,bed room lock was broken, had to use a safty chain,not good for female traveling alone.food was the only thing that let it down,but it wont stop me going bk.

Booked two adults and 1 child, may sure it was that when I checked in. When we got to the room later that night, there was nowhere for my daughter to sleep, went down to reception to complain and it took over half hour to get it sorted. In the morning I complained to the reception staff they said someone would call about the appalling bed my daughter had to sleep in! Well it wasn’t bed but hard broad! Totally disgusted. Wouldn’t use again

The free Wi-Fi was easy to use and the fact that I had forgotten my credit card and money was no problem (although it might have been had I not travelled with my brothers, sisters-in-law and niece so that I was able to get breakfast and dinner bought for me). Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that a car seemed to be essential and I'm epileptic so I can't drive.
