Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in beautiful East Texas! Plenty of space to spread out and relax, with outdoor areas and a 3700 sq ft house on 5 acres. Enjoy the views from the front porch, relax on the screened in back porch, or kick back poolside. Saltwater pool is enjoyed from May-October as a nice break from the heat! Next to the pool are fire pits and an outdoor kitchen for grilling, pizzas or hibachi-style cooking. Upstairs, watch a movie on the big screen in the theater room with power recliners and projector or play pool or arcade games in the game room. Located just across I20 from the Texas Rose Horse Park, and an easy 15-30 minute drive to Canton, Tyler, Lindale, Van or Mineola, for all the shopping and dining you could want! Your hosts are happy to share recommendations for local spots if you’re looking to get out and about!
We also have an on-site caretaker/cohost (residing in separate guest house) available for any last minute needs or questions.

The property was everything and more than we expected from the description and photos. Host was communicative in advance of stay. We didn’t have questions during the stay because it seems she thought of everything! We all loved the fancy shower in the master suite which we hadn’t noticed in the photos. The teens really liked the media room and game room. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with everything we needed which was great since we cooked most meals.

It was a awesome place..really enjoyed the stay but the only thing I would have changed is the lady staying on property is actually 20 ft from pool and we werent aware that the pool closed at 10 ..we had planned to let kids swim late and that was a disappointment..overall the stay was good

Nice, relaxing getaway!

When we were looking for a place to stay we knew we wanted an entire house, a private pool, and fun for a 6-year-old and 16-year-old. This place did not disappoint! We loved the pool and movie theater. The outdoor kitchen/grilling area was also amazing! Laura, the on-site co-host, was so helpful when we needed to restock some supplies and the other host, Nicole, was quick to respond to our tech questions and needs! We brought all the food/ingredients we needed for meals, so we wouldn’t have to leave the house at all
until we saw there was a candy store in town! Such a sweet surprise! The location, amenities, and hosts all made this a 10/10 vacation spot!

Gorgeous, quiet getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. The amenities were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, especially with the donkeys and longhorns next door. One day we got to see a fawn. We enjoyed relaxing, swimming, and family game times. It was a fabulous place to stay.

Perfect family reunion

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for our families to stay together and everything from the kitchen items to the bath and pool items made our stay so convenient and perfect! One of the best things was there were plenty of towels for everyone! Some rentals don’t provide enough but this one did. In addition to that, the host was very communicative and helpful.

Beautiful East Texas Retreat

The property was even BETTER than the pictures! It is a spacious home outfitted with truly comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The host went above & beyond to ensure we were accommodated and cared for during our stay. The pool was refreshing and I loved the large kitchen fully stocked with utensils, serving trays, pans, etc. We would recommend and love to return!

No complaints!

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed Nicole’s beautiful home while we were in town for a wedding! The home was clean and comfortable. Our large group was perfectly entertained with the pool table, movie room, and large dining table (perfect for card games!) Nicole and her property manager, Laura, were responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Lindale!!
