1A-location - in the pedestrian zone. In the heart of Lindau island located old town house. The generously designed, 100sqm, newly renovated, quiet apartment on the 3rd floor, is easily accessible by lift.

We offer you 2 beautiful, quiet and spacious bedrooms. A bathroom with natural marble stone, equipped with a large shower, and underfloor heating. This object is equipped for 4 persons.

The open kitchen area is equipped with everything, the adjoining dining room can accommodate 4-6 people. A living room with designer furniture features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi.

Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2.80 € per day (instead of 7 € at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.


Ideal for your best holidays of the year. In the immediate vicinity are various shops, as well as a butcher and bakery. The harbor promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants and bars can be reached in about 3 minutes.
The port of Lindau is a mooring for many ships, with which you can take trips to different places on Lake Constance or a tour. Not only just for swimming, but also for cycling and hiking invites our enchanting region.

TrÚs belle appartement parfaitement situé

L'appartement est conforme Ă  l'annonce. TrĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ© et parfaitement situĂ©. La possibilitĂ© de ce garer gratuitement au parking situĂ© Ă  400m est un plus indĂ©niable. La ville est superbe ainsi que les alentours. Il y a un supermarchĂ© Ă  200m avec tout ce qu'il faut et une boucherie juste en bas. LĂ©gĂšrement bruyant car dans la rue principale sans ĂȘtre gĂȘnant. MĂ©tĂ©o assez capricieuse en juillet. Il manque un peu de couverts ce qui oblige Ă  faire tourner le lave-vaisselle aprĂšs chaque repas. Les matelas sont un peu mou Ă  notre goĂ»t. Nous recommandons globalement cet appartement. Accueil de qualitĂ© avec grande confiance mais ne parle pas le français mais anglais.

De Steckbrief was standaard. Geen enkele mogelijkheid van balkon, terras, tuin. De garage op 10 min loopafstand en de kosten voor een week 200euro. Dat is niet fijn. De toegang, was ingewikkeld, inchecken kun je dat niet noemen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schönem Objekt

Wir reisten als Familie und dieses Objekt war der ideale Startpunkt, um die Umgebung des Bodensees zu erkunden. Es ist super zentral gelegen und sehr gepflegt. FĂŒr 3-4 Personen bietet es luxuriösen Platz. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

GroßzĂŒgige und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage!

Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat problemlos geklappt, in der sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt! Der Hafen, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Restaurants waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ferienkleinod im Herzen der Lindau-Insel

Die Wohnung ist genau so geschmackvoll wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. In der RealitĂ€t ist die gesamte FeWo sogar noch etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Übergabe bei An- und Abreise war problemlos und sehr nett. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht (endlich mal eine FeWo mit genĂŒgend Schrankplatz!). Der Blick nach vorn auf die Maximilianstraße ist einmalig. Macht man die Fenster zu, ist trotz Trubel absolute Ruhe. Der Aufzug im Haus ist sehr positiv zu erwĂ€hnen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz auf dem großen Inselparkplatz ist Gold wert. Wir haben die Tage in Lindau sehr genossen.

GerÀumige, geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sauberkeit und Einrichtung dieser gerĂ€umigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sind einwandfrei. Die Lage in de Maximillianstrasse lĂ€sst einem auch im Stadtgeschehen dabei sein. Zum See sind es in allen Richtungen wenige hundert Meter. Ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Menge des Geschirrs etwas gering fĂŒr 4 Personellen dimensioniert ist, sodass man nach jeder Mahlzeit spĂŒlen muss. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter hat das aber wieder wett gemacht.

wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen der Atstadt

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete grosszĂŒgige 3,5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit schöner und gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche. Sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, FussgĂ€ngerzone, unweit vom Bahnhof und Hafen. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Auch fĂŒr Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignete Wohnung, mit Lift. Sehr nette Vermieterin, Frau Ritter.
