Property was really modern and clean. It also was one of the quietest hotels I've stayed at. Signs ask for quiet after 9pm. It's a little different, not having anyone at the front desk, but it worked out fine. Room was large, with a large fridge and microwave which was helpful. I'd recommend if you're heading to the Renaissance Fair or anything else within 10 or so miles.

The hotel was amazing the only thing that was kind of a downer was the water pressure was horrible. It felt like the water was barely coming out and made for a long shower.

Its run like an Air B&B in terms of check in so there's a door code which for me is convenient no waiting in line for a room key. Can text with questions and get a quick response as well. The hotel lobby and hall ways were clean, room was clean, beds and pillows were super comfy. Would stay here again for sure.

Unpleasantly surprised

Parking area was dark and unattended. There was no staff — literally no staff —on premises. There are no amenities whatsoever, for kids or otherwise. The one vending machine contained only expired junk food. Hands-down worst value of any hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory.

Pristine inn, quaint area, convenient location for our youth sport event in proximal Manheim, PA. Had a quiet stay and great dining at the nearby Italian/Pizza restaurant. Excellent comunication with management prior to and during our stay. I would definitely return if/when visiting this area. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was all newly decorated and looked pretty and modern. It was extremely quiet, which was a goal for our stay. We appreciated the detailed directions for entry and room access. The room was comfortable and contained personal care items we appreciated such as body wash.

This hotel surprised us , it smelled amazing, cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Snack vending machine was full, ice maker worked , furniture was new and clean. Mini fridge was larger than usual. Dehumidifiers in the room and common spaces. Would recommend this hotel.
