We have stayed here numerous times, as we travel between tx and tn frequently. Check in/out is quick and easy. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with awesome blackout shades. The price is right, with many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also easy on/off I-30. Highly recommended.

It was just OK! It wasn’t bad but not great! I guess for the money it was good. There were no major complaints, other than bed being very hard and AC not extremely cold until the middle of the night. It was fair clean and had coffee in rooms. The breakfast was Toasted Oats and Mike. That’s all!

We had room 102 for 5 nights. The room was clean, pillows and beds were comfy, AC was cold, water was always hot! We had no complaints with this no frills hotel. It served our purpose as home base for exploring Hot Springs and Little Rock Arkansas. Many eating places within walking distance(if you wanted to). Bass Pro World and “The Outlets” about 10mins away. There were no issues with the staff, parking lot, or other guests during our stay. I recommend the ribs from Whole Hog Cafe, Ramen and Sushi from Nori and stopping at the Goodwill(scored some great high end clothing items while there)
