Overall not bad. The floors could use a cleaning and vacuum on the edges/corners and our room filter for the ac unit was filthy. Cleaned it in the bath tub. Breakfast was good!

At check in they tried to charge me $100 up front for “security deposit.” When I balked at that he said it was in the Travelocity agreement. I pulled up the app and asked where? It took him a good THREE minutes on his own contract to find it! Several scrolls and a half dozen buttons to find it. He was very rude during all of this. He acted like two grown women were going to trash the place and he was “doing us a favor” by renting us a room. Then he said it could take up to two weeks to put the money back on my card. I cancelled the reservation and went elsewhere.

This was a decent stay for the most part. Other than the people partying on a Saturday night running up and down the halls, yelling and slamming doors at 2 in the morning. Also when we left, there was a man lurking around, slowly creeping up while we were loading the car. We hurried and left.

Great overnight stay

Great Hotel to stay at for a night, very good pricing and good quality. I am always afraid of staying places because of bugs or it not being cleaned but here it was clean. Only thing is the air freshener thats used is very strong in the units but Would Stay Again. Also they returned my deposit as well

I was nervous because of the price but was THRILLED when we got there! It was clean, staff was nice, room was spotless, housekeeper was immediately helpful, the grounds was beautiful... and LOVED all the shops and food that were a short distance away.

Staff was nice and the price was right for an unexpected stay in the area. Wasnt expecting to have to haul suitcases upstairs (no elevators) and the fire alarm had been removed from our room.
