Great hotel close to the airport with great transport links good food and drinks in the bar and close to a number of shops will be staying again. We did have some noise from aircraft but we did pay for the runway view loved every min of it.

Awful check in, the room was roasting, no air con, awful nights sleep, just a small dingy fan! honestly the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Staff service is always excellent and they are always accommodating and strive to provide an excellent service. I have stayed in this hotel often throughout the summer, however, sadly there has been no air con and some of the rooms have been very hot even with a fan in place. Having no air-con should have been adjusted in the price of the room, by offering free complimentary breakfasts.The hotel also now has to charge a added tourism tax, which are just small issues that could be addressed in the costing. On this visit, parking was affected due to filming within the hotel. Although the hotel took steps to minimise any disruption, parking was more challenging and there was no extra staff to assist with helping to take luggage back and forth across the car park. Other than these small issues the hotel was a pleasant stay for myself and my family as we were attending my mothers funeral.

This hotel has huge potential but not a great stay at all.Room on the surface was clean but lots of dust unclean corners. No air conditioning in the room and when 4 people in a room during August led to a vet uncomfortable night little sleep. Not body wash and Bath was blocked when trying to shower which was grim.

Room was good everything you needed was there for you. No fault with breakfast plenty of food, tea, coffee and fruit juice . Evening meals not to my taste . Plenty of places around to eat at, So no problems. All the staff very helpful.

Seen better days

Was here two years ago and the place was wonderful. Well maintained, comfortable and the food/services were exceptional. Returned this summer and everything seemed run down. Rooms showing wear, no air conditioning and internet was spotty. The people are still great, but the hotel needs some tlc.
