Okay for price

Not sure if we just got unlucky with our room, but it was fairly dirty. Both the room itself and bathroom need a good clean. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and grime in the harder to reach places. Unfortunately easy to see though. The bed was quite uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much, but that was also because the room was also quite loud at night. We could hear a TV or people talking, presumably from the next room over. The door to the lobby also kept closing quite heavily and waking us up. Parking was a fair price and the amount of parking was sufficient. We didn’t have a problem finding a spot. The location of the hotel was phenomenal! We were able to walk into the city centre and up and down the dock. We very much enjoyed that. Overall, we didn’t pay much for the room for the night at all, so maybe it’s fair. If you get a cleaner room with a more comfortable bed in a quieter area of the hotel, it’s definitely worth it.

This is a nice tourist hotel near The Albert Dock, and walkable to the Mersey Ferries and The Beatles Matthew Street. Liverpool One has shopping, dining and is also a short walk. The only drawback is the street you must cross to get over to the dock areas is very busy with limited crosswalks. I would still recommend.

Hotel is so close to everything within a walking distance. Great location. Smaller rooms but exactly what is needed if you only need to sleep and explore the city

An excellent location in the centre of town, very close to The Docks, the shopping areas and the restaurant areas. With on site parking, including electric charging - note there is more parking at the back of the hotel. The room we had was on the ground floor but felt secure and was quiet at it overlooked the rear car park. The bed was ok, the shower was good, the room was clean, but the seating space would probably not be great to work at if that was what you needed. Staff were friendly but a little busy sending at the bar when we were checking in... However we only had to wait a moment. Very good for the price.

Decent hotel with lovely staff

Room - small but adequate. Cleanliness was fine. No hand towels only bath towels. Bathroom door didn’t close and there was a mirror handing on the door that banged and rattled every time you used the bathroom (not ideal when having a middle of the night wee!) Breakfast - really good. All food was hot and fresh, good selection. Only issue was the tiny plates! A proper sized plate would have made life much easier. Staff - everyone we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. Overall - good hotel, small tweets here and there would’ve made it great.
