Location is good and we had pre booked parking which is next door. The room was ok - spacious. But the sink didn’t empty which wasn’t great. We used the pool which was quite cold and is quite small so hard to swim once you get a couple of people in. Sauna was cold - wasn’t working - which was disappointing

Big clean room with comfortable bed Nice bathroom and toilet with good number of towels. Convenient location chosen as we were here for just 2 night to attend a concert

Handy for shopping. But room we were placed 2nd floor very very noisey. Didnt apoear to be well insulated from roadside noise. Carpets could do with a freshen up and blinds needed cleaning. Outside of hotel was grubby with cigarette butts.

Breakfast on both days was good choice, however the hot food was not hot. There was too much in each dish, just left for too long. We were there for over 45 mins one morning & food not topped up so left out for that long. This is far too long for hot food. Should have been put out in smaller amount, keeping hot food hot. I did complain both days.

Great hotel. Terrible breakfast

Hotel and staff were amazing. However breakfast was truly awful, every item of cooked breakfast was stone cold. Super disappointing as the rest of our stay was fabulous.

disappointing experience with Novotel

was unfortunately sick and unable to travel. tried to contact hotel to let them know, no answer direct number and central line said to contact direct. So was unable to sort anything prior to arrival. when I finally got in touch with hotel, they said nothing they were willing to do in terms of rescheduling or refunding. won't be using again (not that it'll matter to them, just thought they could do better as a big corporation)
