Didn’t have breakfast Good location - little too good as noise from neighbouring bars was evident, in some ways, can’t be helped but patio door was missing a seal at the top which didn’t help. Room seemed clean on first glance, but dirty towels, blood on inside on curtain and carpet near bathroom, tv had some bright spots like it was damaged.

Remarkable value

Usually stay midweek when rates are lower; for the price, compared to other L.pool hotels, it is remarkable value: for a high quality stay.Little touches like a fridge and big bath towels. The staff are great, always very nice in an uncontrived, unforced way

Service with staff was brilliant. and hotel is great bar some of the noise from concert square just a bit concerning a week later the 'refunded' £50 deposit taken from me at reception when checking in hasnt been refunded to me

While it was a little difficult to find, but when I arrived all the staff were helpful and understanding. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming, when I got to my room I was very surprised to find that nearly everything was provided. Breakfast perfect, food cooked to order, full plate and more choices.
