Brochure said they would clean room by third day, they never did. Even when we went to the front desk to ask, still never did. Theres construction going on if you like the noise of that on vacation, probably not. The pool was ice cold coukdnt even enjoy it. Front desk was not friendly and coukd care less about thier jobs. One good thing was the coffee that was served at breakfast was hot and good.

Good value

This place is undergoing a renovation, we never heard any of it but you can tell its a work in progress. Breakfast did have great options and the rooms were clean. Now the level of workmanship with the renovation certainly shows that they've picked the cheapest company or they aren’t willing to pay for good work.

Spacious room and nice pool

The front desk person was hard to understand due to lack of good English spoken. The cleaning staff neglected to supply towels which we discovered in the morning - we had planned on showering before leaving but not towels altho there was bath soap, shampoo etc.. Renovating was in progress in some areas so elevator to upper floor rooms was not working. The breakfast area was not really inviting... needs updating.... the food offered was a bit below average. Would go again if the need arose.

Name at street was totally different. Nothing to identify hotel on the building. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. Never again!

I’d give zero stars if possible. First, this is not a comfort inn. It’s the Yellowstone inn that’s going through renovations. When we first arrived at 10:30 pm we were told we couldn’t get the king room we had reserved because a cleaning person called in sick. We got “upgraded” to a king suite. The first room we went into had a broken box spring and the bed was angled at a 5 degree angle before you even sat on it. There were bugs everywhere. We got moved to another room, and this one had no light bulbs in any of the lamps. We then got moved to a third room, which had blood stains all over the comforter and sheets. We called the front desk and said we’ll deal with the room, could we please just get new bedding. We’ll even put it on ourselves. It took 20 minutes for them to be brought up to our room because the only person working was checking in other people. The fitted sheet we were given didn’t fit the king size bed, and we weren’t brought a new comforter. At this point it was an hour after we had arrived so we just decided to sleep under a single sheet. The entire area reeks of chlorine due to the pool being right outside the rooms. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The hotel still has the Yellowstone Inn sign instead of the Comfort Inn and Suites, so that was confusing. They are renovating. Our room was clean but the AC unit was set on 60 degrees and it never got cold, it ran all night and didn't cool the room. Their was a light on the AC unit that said dirty filter. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, only two hand towels, a washcloth and a floor mat for the shower. They did have shampoo, lotion, makeup remover, etc. Their continental breakfast was as to be expected. They had no orange or apple juice in the machine. The beds were super comfortable. I would stay again, but only after they are done with renovations.

Bed bugs and slow response

The hotel is being renovated which led me to be less fastidious about checking the room for bed bugs and now i have 7 ulcerated bites. The hotel has not responded to cover my medical costs or reimburse my stay or laundry services for our clothes and bags to avoid bringing bed bugs into our home.
