Luxury Villa Aurealis is a modern holiday home located in the small Istrian seaside village of Liznjan, Medulin Riviera. Fully equipped to the smallest detail, this self-catering holiday villa offers an amazing setting for a relaxing vacation in Istria by the sea.
The voluminous vacation home in Medulin Rivera has more than 500 square meters of living space and stretches over two floors. The completely fenced estate has a surface of 1000 square meters.
Perfect for families and friends, this Istrian villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. The dimensions of the beds are 200cm×220cm. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower. With prior notification king-size beds can be converted into twin beds, so you can create a sleeping layout as per your wishes and needs. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, making this property wheelchair accessible. The rest of the three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The baby bed and the baby feeding chair are available on request, with no extra charges.
The highlightof this Istrian holiday villa is the large outdoor that is partly covered and surrounded by a nice patio with sun loungers. Next to the pool, there is a shaded alfresco dining tableand wood-fired barbecue facilities.
The outdoor swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. The pool has a heating option. It is available with a surcharge in the amount of 150 euros per week. The villa features an infrared sauna, offering relaxation and potential health benefits.
The fully equipped kitchen and ample living area create a large open space area on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave oven, stove top, oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker.

The private parking space for up to 6 cars is available at the property. Two of them are shaded.
The pets are also welcome at Luxury Villa Aurealis with a pool. The prior notice about bringing the pet as well as the information about the breed must be submitted before booking. Upon approval, one pet can stay free of charge. For second or more pets, an additional fee will be charged (40 euros per pet per day).
