Cozy apartment bright and with a modern atmosphere located on the second floor. It is located in Sant Carles, in a very quiet yet central residential area, just 200 m. from the Port beach and the main shops. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds and trundle bed), an office, dining room - living room with fireplace, independent kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and a terrace with sea views . Equipped with TV and wifi. Air conditioning in the accomodation entrance butthat radiates throughout the whole accommodationand a fireplace in the living room. The apartment has a closed garage for a small car, where the washing machine is located. HUTG-07207
