This charming villa, located just 1.5 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar, offers a perfect getaway for families or small groups. With a capacity of 8 guests, the 300m2 house is divided into two separate floors. The upper floor includes a spacious living room with a TV and satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a double bed), and a suite with a bathroom featuring a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.

The lower floor features another living room with a TV, a second kitchen, and a dining area with access to the outdoor space. A double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower is also located here. The outdoor area offers a private pool, a terrace, a work barbecue, and a bathroom for added convenience. Optional air conditioning and heating are available at an extra cost of 150€/week, with WiFi also available for an additional fee of 20€/week.

This villa is located just 10 km from Tossa de Mar and near all local services, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The house is pet-friendly upon prior request and with a supplement. Please note that youth group bookings are accepted only upon prior request, and there is a cash deposit of €150 per person required. Parties are strictly prohibited, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m.
