Great villa located in a very quiet area, ideal for families or groups who want a cozy place to spend their holidays. Very close to two important golf courses and the leisure area of the Arenal (Mallorca). Villa of 320 mÂČ built on a plot of 1300 mÂČ. With private pool of 50 mÂČ. With a beautiful garden and terraces. With SONOS music system in kitchen / terrace. With barbecue. Very well connected by road: 15 minutes from the international airport of Palma de Mallorca. Just 8 km from the Playa de Palma - El Arenal. 20 min from one of the best beaches in Mallorca, Es Trenc.

Great Pool!

The host was super nice and flexible, the place was very big and well furnished with clean towels and everything you need in the kitchen : we absolutely recommend. The house is a bit far from the city but it is the only down point.

Big house, nice pool

Nice big house with wonderful pool near Palma. Beautiful sunsets from the garden or the nearby caves. Good to have a rental car for excursions if you don't want to spend your entire holiday in the pool there is not much to do with in walking distance Contacts with owner was easy through Whats up. + big house, shaded patio, big clean pool, easy contact with owner - some of the furniture has seen better days. The beds in upstairs kids room needs to be changed- the mattresses in that room were so worn down not even our children could sleep there so they slept on the sofa. We bought wineglasses ourselves since it and some other things were missing in the kitchen. With just a little TLC this house would be a gem

Loved it!

Had a great time staying here. We were 8 adults. House was super spacious and we loved the pool and outdoor seating area. About a 20 minute drive from Palma which worked well for us. Highly recommend!

Nice property, could be fabulous

The villa is lovely but has potential to be fabulous. The pool area is great , large pool and plenty of sun loungers. This was a godsend as the temp did not go below 35’. The house was very hot at night which fans didn’t really help. Could do with air con. We were plagued by mosquitoes so take your citronella. The house badly needs door and window screens to avoid the pests getting in. The lounge has a musty smell and couches could do with an upgrade. One was covered in dog hair. The fridge did not keep produce cold enough although we had it at the coldest setting. We ended up throwing some food out. The grounds are large and my grandson had fun picking limes and pomegranates from the trees. The area is quiet with lovely views of the sea. Nice large balconies lead from two of the bedrooms. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by and also a few small restaurants. 30 minutes drive into Palma City. The one thing I would ask the owner is that he puts up a sign in the master bathroom about the floor being very slippery when wet. I slipped and fell coming out of the shower and have been left with bruising to my ribs. Jeroni was very polite and helpful and certainly a good host. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday.

Jeroni is a really good host. Relaxed and friendly. But we had Some trouble with the neigbours and noise, they vallend the police the first night before midnight. They could’ve just came to us and say it was too loud. Jeroni said it was no problem so that was nice.

Schöner Urlaub mit großem Pool und perfektem Ausblick

Das Objekt hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Einkaufsmarkt ist ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und hat alles, was man fĂŒr den Aufenthalt braucht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter.

Een prima huis met ruime kamers, een prima keuken, en een geweldig terras met zwembad. Jeroni is een erg aardige en behulpzame man die tussendoor zelfs het zwembad nog even checkt, zonder dat je merkt dat hij geweest is. Echt een aanrader!

Etwas Àlter mit schönen Pool

Großes Haus, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr muffig. Aber die Schlafzimmer, KĂŒche Und Bad waren vollkommen in Ordnung! Sehr schöner Pool! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt ist etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand etwa die gleiche Entfernung! Mit dem Bus ist man in nicht mal 30 min in El Arenal oder in 45 min in Palma. Das klappt super! Wir hatten mit 6 Frauen ein tolles Partywochenende mit sehr Erholsamen Tagen! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht fĂŒr Fragen immer bereit!

Okay. Nicht geeignet fĂŒr Badeferien. Nicht sehr gemĂŒtlich. Auto dringend empfohlen!

Das Haus ist gross, mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Jedoch ist die KĂŒche kaum vorhanden (AuswĂ€rts essen empfohlen) und die Betten riechen nach KĂ€se. Bis auf HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche sind keine Basics vorhanden und mĂŒssen gekauft werden (KlarspĂŒhler fĂŒr Waschmaschine, Lappen, etc.). Ist geplant Abends in den Ausgang zu gehen (S'Arenal, Palma) empfiehlt sich das Haus nicht. Der Bus fĂ€hrt spĂ€rlich, aber die Taxipreise sind relativ gĂŒnstig (15 - 25€). FĂŒr Badeferien ist man hier auch am falschen Ort. Die Gegend grenzt an eine Klippe, sodass man nach S'Arenal muss um den Strand zu erreichen. Der nĂ€chste Laden ist 2km entfernt, was gut 20min Fussmarsch entspricht. Ein Auto ist wirklich zu empfehlen!
