Take it easy in this fully furnished guest house with a live-in caretaker, A/C room with shared living, dining and kitchen areas, verandah and bathrooms. There is an outdoor garden with fish pond and gazebo with brick oven and BBQ grill.

The beach is a few steps away with opportunity to rent a boat to visit nearby Verde Island.

The rate published is for one Double Bedroom in the upper floor. Breakfast can be provided for additional charge.
