We had a wonderful family week here with ten people, playing games, grilling, and sitting on the deck and by the fire pit! We will come again! Perfect place to get away and relax overlooking the river.

The rental was amazing the owner is super accommodating and helpful house was a little small but big bedrooms and very comfortable beds and spent most of our time outside very quiet also almost no traffic on the river so you pretty much and the river to yourself the was one shuttle spot Les then 10 min from the house but kinda expensive but other then that no complaints we will definitely be returning.

Our stay on the San Marcos River was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, communication with the property owner was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.They graciously allowed us to hold a celebration of life for my mother on the property, which meant more to our family than words can express. The setting was peaceful, beautiful, and provided the perfect space for us to come together and honor her memory.The home itself had plenty of room both inside and out, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into every detail—everything we needed was already there.We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be returning in the future.
