Downstairs includes additional full size bed and sleeper sofa. Kitchenette, laundry room and bathroom. Spacious outdoor pavilion area with fire pit, blue tooth speaker, charcoal grill string lights. Back porch with seating and gas grill. Ask about short term rental and winter rates. Note this house is located on a hill. 5-6 trucks and trailers can be parked on the property. We have an overflow lot for oversized trailers. Message with any questions 😊
