The lobby and the breakfast area smelled of dirty dog as the property allowed pets in the facility. Especially at breakfast time.

The front desk clerk was amazing! We had added an additional evening after our initial booking and Expedia didn't send it over to the hotel. Not only did he take our word for it and get us checked in before having a confirmation, he called Expedia on my behalf so I didn't have to struggle with a very tired 8 year old and annoyed 13 year old in the lobby while on the phone. We were in town for a softball tournament and had already unpacked our car too. When I came back through the lobby after getting settled into our room, he assured me that everything was taken care of.

The fact that It had a gym and dishwasher in my room. Really did feel like I was at home stores in walking distance everything i needed was either provided or extremely close by and for the price i got with hotels.com oh yes ill be using them again

Our room was the largest I have ever had anywhere. It was absolutely awesome. Very comfortable. The hooks in the bathroom for used towels was great. When you reuse towels you need to be able to hang them to dry. Most hotels do not have this simple thing.

The hotel was average, didn’t really shine in any category. I was amazed to be in the heart of Big10 country and unable to watch the conference basketball tournament on my in room TV. Also, I thought the breakfast was lacking.

Our toliet was broken, phone didnt work and the pool was freezing cold unless you're into the Polar Bear plung. We notified the staff and were given a goodie bag. No fixing the toliet or moving rooms. We left early. The area is so so. Its a place to sleep in a small town.
