Spacious 3BD beach-themed, pet-friendly home in Lompoc`s peaceful west side. This peaceful retreat offers cozy living spaces, a dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart in-room TVs. Enjoy morning coffee on the shaded brick patio surrounded by roses or play in the spacious backyard on the lawn. Walking distance to small markets and restaurants. Explore nearby flower fields, hiking, and Dare 2 Dream farm stand. Watch rocket launches from the backyard or drive 10 mins to Surf Beach.

Rental Rules
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• No shoes inside.
• No smoking on property.

• Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Drive slowly and follow parking instructions.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Enjoy your meal at the dining table. Please no food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms.

• Do not bring bedding or blankets outside or next to the fire.
• Dispose of garbage in the garbage bins provided.
• Please care for the home and furnishings as if they were your own. If damage occurs, please report it in a timely manner. Guests are responsible for damage outside of normal wear and tear.

Pet Rules
• Pet fees ($50 per pet) should be paid through your guest portal before check-in. If pet fees are not paid prior to check-in, host reserves the right to disable checkin. Unclaimed and unpaid pets will be charged $150 per pet.
• No pets are allowed on furniture.
• Please pick up after your pet, and use leashes responsibly when pets are outside.

The property was nice. we liked the hardwood floors, and the front and backyard, in the backyard had plenty of parking opening onto a small street
