Clean hot tub and pool! Staff were always in sight and our room was great. The arcade was a fun touch. The slide was closed for repairs, so call to double check if that's a must for you. Short walk to a gas station or shoppers drug mart.

Everything about our visit was amazing. There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

I was in London for surgery, flown from northern Ontario. The room was spacious, clean, and just perfect for the night before and the night of my surgery. I would stay there again and make use of the fantastic pool area. The only comment was that the building is on split levels, and it's hard to navigate. Many more signs would be helpful.
