Had a noisy neighbour staff were willing to move me no problem to another room so that I could sleep. Very polite and helpful have been there many times while at the hospital for surgery nice to be close by

Clean room, staff was friendly, check in/out was very quick, room was a lot bigger then i expected (in a good way), very comfortable, many breakfast options for a picky eater like me! Oh and the complimentary cookies by the coffee machine were still soft and yummy! Definitely would book again :)

The room was nice. The floor was very creaky, not sure if it was installed incorrectly. The check in staff were pleasant enough but I wouldn’t say they went over board to be friendly. I also don’t believe we were told about how to log into Wifi or that breakfast was served each morning. I would stay there again because of the room and nice breakfast selection.

Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. Beds were firm and comfortable, washroom was sparkling and supplied generously with crisp towels. Breakfast was hot & tasty with every item you might ask for. Check in/ check out staff were very friendly. We would be happy to stay here the next time we visit London. Well Done Staywell - the name says it all !!

This was my 2nd stay at this location and it did not disappoint for convenience, value, cleanliness, quiet at night and appealing breakfast. Only complaint is the isolated location of exercise room in basement level.

A nice option near the hospital. The hotel has been renovated relatively recently and had friendly, helpful staff. Our room wasn’t cleaned during a 2 night stay but they were happy to provide clean towels. Breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, etc), but the small dining area can get very crowded at peak times.
